(This Imagining is a continuation of the imagining started on April 16th, 2010, and can be found here: Friends in the Forest)

Freivo and the wolf continued to walk down this new path. Freivo looked down at the wolf walking beside him and the wolf looked back up at him. If wolves could smile, that is what Freivo would have seen because the wolf was exuding joy for his friend, Freivo. Even though Freivo couldn’t see a smile on the wolf’s face, he still knew that he was happy to be in his presence. Freivo knew this because as he looked at the wolf, he could see a pinkish hue around the outside of the wolf. It was almost as if this hue represented a love that the wolf was displaying… a love for Freivo.

Belindri (pronounced bee-len-dree) sitting on a stump started to think about the many colo[u]rs of the Earth. He began to think about red – blood and apples. He wondered what it was about blood that made it red and what about apples made them red. And he wondered, why is it that blood and apples are red and not some other colo[u]r. Red is a very powerful colo[u]r, it represents security, and safety. He also wondered why, way back when, people used to use it as an adjective to describe someone as angry. A strange colo[u]r, indeed.

Tynoly (pronounced tie-no-lee) looked over at his brother playing with the wolves, a lovely sight indeed. His brother thoroughly enjoyed romping in the grass with the wolves and as was evident from what he saw, so did they. The wolves, not interested in chomping down on human flesh, seemed much more civilized, much more interested in maintaining and harbo[u]ring peaceful relations. Tynoly, seeing that his brother certainly didn’t need him to watch, headed towards the wooded area. Upon reaching the first tree, he looked up to examine its height. It was a tall tree.

Brindea (pronounced brin-dee-uh) found himself walking along a path. He was on his usual path, one that he walked every morning. Upon waking up, he felt compelled to connect, physically, with the natural world around him, and the best way that he saw fit to do that was to literally connect with the natural world around him by walking around and within the natural world around him. Yes, the natural world was something that was very near and dear to the heart of Brindea. It was something that he felt was important to let know that he felt very deeply about it. Responding in kind, the natural world seemed to feel very deeply about Brindea, too.

Walking through the meadow was no different today than it had been any other day for Paninia (pronounced pan-een-yuh). She walked through this particular meadow everyday with grace and loveliness. She would enter the meadow, close her eyes, and allow her legs to carry her body, while her imagination ran free. Her imagination that had, on countless occasions, taken her to new heights of exploration. It had taken her beyond where she ever thought she could go; to places of complete serenity. Once and awhile, she would come across trees. Usually, these trees were like trees she had seen on earlier days, but not today. Today’s trees were different.
