(This Imagining is a continuation of the imagining started on May 30th, 2010, and can be found here: Unique Snow Falls on the Mountain)

Vaskal, still on his side and looking at the various snow crystals, wondered what these new discoveries really meant to him. He had always considered knowledge to be an important part of his time here in this life, but he never had really considered knowledge acquisition to be part of his trips up the mountain. Now that he was where he was, he was trying to figure out what other kinds of knowledge he had acquired on his times coming up the mountain. Had he gained other knowledge in coming up the mountain? How would he figure it out? What other kind of knowledge could he have gained? Weren’t these trips just for the joy of it?

Turning over on his back to look up at the sky and the falling snow, Vaskal realized that he had been learning on these trips up to the various summits. Reflecting back on some of these experiences, he began to realize the different things that he had learned. As the knowledge of these experiences began to resurface to the front of his mind, Vaskal started to stand. He walked over to near the edge of the bank and looked down over the cliff. Images of him climbing up the cliff flashed and he was suddenly transported through his memories.

In these various memories, he was shown the instances where the knowledge had floated into his mind, without him even knowing it. A rather exciting set of memories and even more so, exciting sets of knowledge that he realized was his all along. Wondering where and how these experiences came to be, Vaskal sat back down on the snow. He sat, not for the sake of sitting, but for the purpose of going deep within himself. This time, right now, was meant for reflection.

He wanted to reflect on where and how these experiences came from and just why they were happening to him. He wans’t opposed to the idea of this spiritual development through wisdom bestowed upon him, but he was unsure where it was coming from. As he sat quietly and listened to the snow falling, he allowed the various initial thoughts to float out of his head. It always took a few seconds before he was able to clear his mind of his current thoughts, but once they were gone, his mind was clear – completely. It was a skill he had perfected… through the climbing!

Of course! I learned how to clear my mind because I wanted to focus on the climbing I was doing when I was scaling the various summits! That’s a pretty important piece of wisdom that I picked up. Wow! I never realized how important that lesson was. I never realized that I had really taught it to myself. I never realized that… wow. I wonder what else I taught myself without realizing.

Vaskal saw a flash of a scene where he was standing on one of the summits, but this time, there wasn’t any snow. He couldn’t tell if this was past or future, but in this instance, it seemed that he was learning something. He focused a little harder on the scene and saw that he was holding something in his hands. Still unable to see what it was, Vaskal focused all of his energy on trying to see what he was holding in his hands. All of this effort to see what he was holding and then instantly, the scene was gone.

Then, everything went dark – Vaskal could see nothing, but he could hear a faint voice. The voice got louder and he realized, it was talking to him. Vaskal, you try and try, but you don’t realize, trying isn’t the same thing as doing. You focus all of your energy on seeing something, but you don’t realize, seeing everything. You’re so close – you’re holding the wisdom in your hands. When you come to grips with the fact that you are wisdom, everything will make sense.

(This Imagining is a continuation of the imagining started on July 18th, 2010, and can be found here: Quality is Life)

And it is through this living that one reaches quality. Living life, as Chinwin puts it, was the only way to attain a sense of quality. One could not have quality by subverting one’s desires and wishes. One had to do quite the opposite. One had to be, live, think, do, feel, and act the way one wanted to… this was how one was able to reach this sense that quality is life.

Initially, when people first learned of this virtuous statement, it took some time for them to accept it as truth. Chinwin continued to walk in the space vacated by the electrical tower. He thought, just as it took time for the electrical towers to be removed, it took time for people to realize the inherent truth to the phrase, “quality is life.” It really is, though, isn’t it? I’ve been given this opportunity live on this planet within this body, how is that not quality? How is my life not quality? How could I possibly be anything other than quality?

Living is quality, living is loving, living is life. Chinwin continued to move along the direction where the electrical wires would have connected tower-to-tower. Realizing that he was walking where radiation used to be, and still was to some extent, he quickly remembered that he should cover himself with protection. He stopped for a moment and imagined an impenetrable clear bubble around his body. This bubble was about 1 foot from his physical body and didn’t allow anything to come in that he didn’t want. This bubble would serve as ultimate protection against the residual radiation in the area.

Once his bubble formation was complete, Chinwin opened his eyes and continued to walk the path. Walking this path, he received images of what the Earth felt like when the radiation was stronger. He allowed these images of tasteless food and deformed plants to flow in and out of his conscious awareness. He wanted to really understand and get a visceral sense for what it was like for the Earth, his friend.

The Earth had always been good to Chinwin and he this time he was taking to ‘listen’ to the Earth was an important part of their relationship. When Chinwin went on these walks to listen to the Earth, he wanted to Earth to tell him a story. Most times, the Earth complied with his request. On this particular occasion, Chinwin was interested in the story of the electrical towers and the radiation. Surprisingly, he had never asked for this story and even more surprising was that the Earth had never offered this story. As Chinwin continued to walk the path of residual radiation and receive the images, he was starting to understand why the Earth never openly shared this story.

Had the Earth shared this story with Chinwin before his mind and body were strong, these images may have clouded Chinwin’s own imagination for powerful and yummy food. When Chinwin was younger, his abilities to imagine and manifest health may have been harder to come by had he been bombarded with these negative images. Now that Chinwin has had ample time to get great at imagining positive and wonderful things, it wouldn’t be a problem for him to see these images… to some degree.

The images were still disturbing to Chinwin. He watched in his mind’s eye as the life energy around the plants slowly decreased with the increased power coursing through the veins of the electrical lines. It was still hard to believe for Chinwin that humans would have voluntarily put such harmful creations on the Earth. Didn’t they think of the potential repercussions of their actions? Had they not considered the negative effects these towers and radiation would have?

As Chinwin continued to walk, he got the sense that some action was called for and he knew exactly what to do. Chinwin, using his powerful imaginative skills was going to aid the Earth in its restoration of health. Chinwin looked back at the path he had already walked and quickly connected with it. Upon forging the connection, he continued walking forward on his path and picking up ‘new’ connections in different spots. As these connections were being forged, he was using the power of his imagination. The power of the imagination of Chinwin’s was unrivaled by anything. He used his imagination to envision greatness, health, restoration, and love for the areas that had been affected.

These areas that had longed for the affection of humans was now being granted their wish. These areas, in Chinwin’s imagination, began to flourish. Tall trees, thriving plants, chipmunks and other animals playing. It was a wonderful sight to see in Chinwin’s imagination. He opened his eyes, while still holding his imagination in tact, and he used his eyes to imagine these same things happening, while looking at the places where they were to happen. A powerful imagination, indeed.

(This Imagining is a continuation of the imagining started on May 26th, 2010, and can be found here: Swimming Soothes the Soul)

Enahsa continued to float on the surface of the water feeling as if she was all-expansive. Feeling as if she was all the water. While her experience was limited to the immediate water she was touch, she wondered if she might be able to feel connected to all the water on all the planet. Bracing herself for what she was uncertain was next, she followed the same line of feeling that allowed her to become one with the water… and then she imagined that she was not just one with the water she was in, but one with all water on all the planet.

Outstanding! It was like nothing she’d ever felt before. She felt all-powerful and all-connected. She felt like she was everywhere and that she was nowhere. She felt like she was covering the Earth and at the same time, none. It was a feeling that was truly remarkable and she was infinitely grateful to feel this kind of deep connection with the water. She undoubtedly loved being in the water and to have this sort of connection with it was uncanny. Enahsa, not wanting the experience to end, but also wanting to move her body, wondered if she could swim and still feel this connection.

Breaking away from her floating, Enahsa began to swim, very gently. She moved forward in the water with no real destination in mind. She just wanted to remain part of this water, part of this connection, and still move her body. She only let her head above water to inhale the precious breath to keep her muscles functioning and allow the rest of her body to remain encapsulated in the water. Swimming in a forward direction and still feeling connected to all water everywhere, Enahsa noticed the shoreline up ahead and that got her thinking.

If I can feel this connected to the water on all the planet, I wonder if I can feel this connected to all the land on the planet, too? Being the kind of person that Enahsa was, she immediately wanted to test her theory. She continued to swim over to the shore. Upon reaching it, she pulled herself out and the water dripped and drizzled off of her body. Shaking her limbs, she accelerated the drying process, but still remained somewhat wet. Quickly, she found a place to lie down and began to relax, just as she did while floating on the water. She relaxed her whole body, from head-to-toe and focused on her breath.

This focusing on her breath helped to accelerate her relaxation process. It was an effective tool she picked up from one of her cousins. Upon reaching a familiar state of relaxation, Enahsa opened her imagination and more specifically, her imagination related to connecting with life. She imagined that through her body that touched the surface of the Earth that she was able to connect with the Earth – become the Earth. Just as she did in the water, Enahsa was able to connect to the Earth! A remarkable feeling!

The Earth felt very different from the water. Where the water was fluid and movable, the Earth felt very firm and rooted. The Earth felt like it was immovable and very powerful. As she had the thought about powerful, her mind flashed to the image of waves crashing into the shore and the power that they bring, so Enahsa clarified her thoughts to mean that the Earth was powerful in and of itself without banding together. An attribute of the feeling of Earth was power, where water was more ‘go with the flow.’

Continuing on with her experiment, Enahsa wanted to feel what it would feel like to be part of the whole land. Slowly getting back out of her thoughts and into her body and into the Earth, she imagined what it would be like to be part of the whole land. Instantly, she was hit with an array of thoughts of all the Earth that is covering the planet. All of the various places on the planet where there is Earth was more than she had originally thought prior to this experiment. She was flashed images of not only the Earth that was above the water, but also the Earth that was at the bottom of the oceans, lakes, and rivers! Enahsa was connected with, in essence, the entire planet!

On the entire planet, there was Earth, even under the water, there was Earth! Everywhere, there was Earth. Everywhere, there was connection. Enahsa, feeling into the power that she was part of, realized what a remarkable thing she had just stumbled into. Not only did she get to enjoy herself and connect with the water, but now she was able to connect with Earth and feel its power… and by extension, connect to the whole planet! Enahsa, smiling to herself, wondered what she would connect with tomorrow.

(This Imagining is a continuation of the imagining started on June 14th, 2010, and can be found here: Birds Make the Most Incredible Music)

Panlinea continued to lay on the grass and listen to the birds singing their song. Hummingbirds, robins, cardinals, blue jays, orioles, herons – they were all so beautiful to listen to! Some, sung more with what seemed an intention to sound like music, while others were just squawking to claim their territory – which was normal. Listening as the birds remained steadfast in their singing, all of a sudden the birds stopped. Silence. No more birds were singing. Panlinea leaned up to see what was going on.

As she looked around to see what was what, there didn’t seem to be any reason for the birds to have stopped singing. Ironically, as Panlinea had that thought, the chorus chimed in again with their song. Laying back down to the ground, Panlinea wondered what that was all about. Why would they stop for no reason like that and why did they start playing again when I had the thought that they shouldn’t have stopped? How weird – are the birds tied to my thought somehow?

As that thought washed through her, the chirping got louder almost as if the birds were offering an answer to her question. Hmmm, so the birds are tied to my thoughts. The chirping got louder, still! Well that’s rather interesting. I wonder if this is happening because of all of the time and energy I’ve spent listening the birds and paying attention to their song. Maybe we’re so interconnected because of all of the love I have offered to them by noticing their song, by caring for them, and by recognizing their importance in the world.

Panlinea heard the different melodies from the different birds and then wondered something else. She wondered, with this newfound ability, if she would be able to alter the pitch or tone of the bird’s song. Okay, let’s see if I can change who sings and when. Panlinea imagined that the blue jays would slow their tune down. As she imagined it, so shall it be done. The blue jays slowed down their song, just slightly, as Panlinea only wanted to see if it would work.

This is amazing! I can write music with the birds, how wonderful! And, in fact, it was quite wonderful. Panlinea had stumbled upon something from the time-hono[u]red past of humanity that had been forgotten for generations. She stumbled upon the fact that humans were part of nature and nature was part of humans. Because of this, the actions witnessed in nature could be altered by things that were part of nature like humans. Meaning, humans had the ability to effect change on nature just like nature concurrently held the ability to redirect the course of humanity.

It had been quite some time since someone had redirected the way nature behaved in an intentional and positive way. Panlinea, realizing that her love for the birds making all the more sense, was overwhelmed with joy! She could make music however she wanted, whenever she wanted, for whatever she wanted! It was glorious!

She remembered when her great-grandparents would tell her about these people who used to write such beautiful music for humans… now Panlinea was going to be able to rival these greats! Even better, Panlinea wasn’t going to need instruments of any kind – her instruments were the birds!
