Today was going to be the day. Today was the day that Olintre (pronounced awe-lin-tree) had been patiently expecting its arrival for quite some time. He had all of his gear prepared for this journey. That is, he had packed a bunch of raw fruit and vegetables to eat and a few earthen containers full of spring-fed water. It was already in the car, an electric one, so that it would be quite easy for his partner, Domeniana (pronounced dough-min-yan-uh) to drive him to where he was to begin from. He was so excited, and she, excited for him!
